In order to ensure that each student excels in his/her area of interest as well as to develop team skills; Quest Group of Institutions had designed a unique Mentorship Programme. This Programme is active across all departments with the sole aim of enabling students from different backgrounds with a supportive environment that will motivate and develop their personal and academic potential to the optimum level.

In this unique initiative students will be a part of small team which includes their seniors, juniors as well as classmates. The team is headed by student leaders and a Faculty mentor. Mentors meet their mentees frequently to understand, guide & encourage them at every step and give them tips and tricks to maximize the takeaways from a particular course also to do well in other activities. Activities like sports, technical, co-curricular, hobbies etc. are organized at departmental as well as institute level ; wherein every team nominates its representatives. All in all, every mentor group tries to ensure that they successfully:

  • Develop effective learning strategies
  • Work in team environment and develop team building as well as social skills
  • Strengthen personal motivation
  • Improve communication and inter-personnel skills
  • Infuse a sense of belongingness and enhance the overall student experience
  • Develop understanding and cooperation amongst students from different cultural backgrounds.
