The Punjab Technical University’s two-day inter-zonal youth festival commenced at Rayat & Bahra Institute of Engineering (Ropar) on Monday, October 21, 2013 and the event concluded on October 22, 2013. Youth festivals provided a forum to the students to communicate their intrinsic talents through various mediums. In the youth festival, Bhangra, classical dance and mime events were held on the first day while on second day, one-act play, debate and quiz were organised.

Students from Quest Group of Institutions participated in as many events as listed above: solo Indian song, folk-dance, one-act play (based on socio-politico issues), debate, poetry, quiz, elocution, cartooning, and mimicry. Paul Alex from Quest Group of Institutions (Computer Science Engineering, final year student) won the second prize in Poetry competition.
