We encourage students to voice their concerns without fear of discrimination or retaliation and ensure that every grievance is resolved with sensitivity, confidentiality, and in accordance with the established procedures.
The institute follows a transparent and effective Student Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address all grievances on the issues related to Academics, Administration, and personal concerns of the students. We ensure fairness and timely resolution of all student grievances maintaining complete confidentiality.
The student can register grievance through any of the following modes :
Written Complaints to to the head of the concerned department
Written complaint to the Chairperson, GRC (If not resolved by the Head of Dept or Grievance cannot be shared by the student with the Head of Dept). Or Email Communication vía studentwelfare@questgoi.org Or Online registration of the grievance on the institute website
